30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions stated above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
