Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
We primarily use e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post to deliver our products. We reserve the right to change the carrier based on your location and the size of the package to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Please note that Deeprestwear is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us or abandoned, and we may not be able to issue a full refund for the original shipping cost.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you realize you made a mistake with your address immediately after placing the order, please contact us right away. While we will do our best to correct it, we cannot guarantee the address can be changed once the order has entered the shipping process.
Deeprestwear is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we want to help.
If your package is lost in transit: Please contact us so we can open an inquiry with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to find a solution.
If your package arrives damaged: Please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will guide you through the claims process or arrange a replacement/refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., the customer was not available to sign, or the address was insufficient), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
